Customer Success Manager – SydneyLooking to kick-start your career in sales? We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our clients Sydney team! This role offers the chance to prospect into companies of various sizes and industries and learn from well-established and proven performers on a global scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with their customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their AI-powered platform. You’ll build lasting relationships, drive product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.Important to note: this is not a quota carrying sales CSM position. The focus is on strategic relationship management with high-value clients, and maximising product adoption. What You’ll Do:Guide customers from onboarding to long-term successDevelop and execute adoption strategies for businesses of all sizesConduct training sessions and provide product best practicesIdentify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-sellingCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to optimize customer experienceRepresent Luminance at global industry events and customer meetingsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience within a support, onboarding or customer success background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:1 / 3.5 GPA+) in a scientific or analytical fieldHighly organized, proactive, and results-drivenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident in presenting to diverse audiencesPassion for customer success and cutting-edge technologySalary: $75k base + super + bonus, negotiable based on experience.
