This role is perfect for a proactive, customer-focused professional passionate about helping businesses succeed while contributing to a sustainable future.Your Responsibilities 🚀Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through onboarding and product adoption.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued success with the Karomia platform.Conduct regular check-ins, product reviews, and success planning sessions to ensure client satisfaction.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services based on client needs.Collaborate with the product and development team by relaying customer feedback to enhance the platform.Create and deliver client training materials, best practices guides, and webinars.Track and analyze key metrics to monitor client performance and identify areas for improvement.Who You Are 💡Experience: 2+ years in a customer success or account management role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or as a consultant working on ESG related projects with clients.Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping clients succeed and skilled at building trust-based relationships.Problem-Solver: Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Hubspot), Intercom, and SaaS technologies.Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Language Skills: Fluent in English, Dutch (must) and French (nice to have).Fun: You love a good laugh, embrace challenges, and enjoy learning new things.What We Offer 🎁Competitive salary.Flexibility to work remotely and at our Ghent-based office.Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly growing company.Collaborative and innovative team culture.Access to ongoing professional development and training.Practical Info 📍Availability: Full-time position with flexible work hours.Location: Balanced remote work possible, but we are the WinterCircus in Ghent — the tech hub of Belgium!Start Date: Ready to join us soon?
