The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting in their long-term retention. The role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for success, analyzing performance metrics, and driving improvements to maximize results and strengthen customer loyalty.
