Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Customer SuccessManager to lead implementation projects, shape our customers’ journeys, and build long-termpartnerships.QualificationsIdeally a master’s degree in digital strategy or business-related study with a strong interest in AIsoftware solutions and manufacturing.You have experience managing customer projects — ideally in industrial automation, manufacturing or related tech environments.Strong communicator in both German and English (mandatory), able to engage confidently with operators and C-level alike.Structured, hands-on personality with a passion for organizing complex processes and solving problems proactively.Technical affinity — you don’t need to be an engineer, but understanding how sensors, cameras, and production lines work excites you.Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally Europe (approx. 20%).What you’ll doYou will work directly with the founder team to develop the business from an operative as well asstrategic perspective.
