Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity SaaS Remote - Ireland Salary: €40,000 base + €10,000 commision We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing, Irish-owned SaaS company at the forefront of cybersecurity solutions for MSPs and direct clients worldwide. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner helping customers achieve their goals, drive product adoption, and get maximum value from industry-leading security tools. ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with a portfolio of MSP and direct clients, creating tailored Customer Success Plans. Build strong stakeholder relationships, understanding each client's decision-making process and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, support, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer journey. Monitor account health, manage renewals, mitigate churn, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate account data and share customer insights with leadership. About YouProven track record in Customer Success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in SaaS. Skilled in customer planning, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Comfortable working with data to measure success and spot opportunities.
