Key responsibilities include:Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations).Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio.Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).Fluent French and English (essential), Spanish is a bonus.
