In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance value through our innovative solutions. Your ability to build strong partnerships, understand client needs, and deliver results will contribute to the continued growth and success of both our clients and TradeBeyond.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned key clients and cultivate strong working relationships with the assigned key customers to drive customer satisfaction and profit growthResponsible for managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and be trusted advisorsSell and promote our services and solutions to the corporate clientsProvide solutions through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other account management activitiesAct as a contact point for key customers and conduct regular reviewCreate and implement complex solutions with the use of data and logistics expertiseIdentified root causes for issues and prepare improvement plansSupport customer retention through pro-active relationship managementManage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful wayAddress clients and sales’ feedback to key support functions such as Product and Trade MarketingRequirementsDegree or above in any disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding / supply chain or relatedExperience in IT business system implementation would be highly preferredExcellent customer management skills and leadershipKnowledge in data analysis / Scrum / Agile is an added advantageExperience in developing long term and trusted relationships with corporate clientsStrong presentation, negotiation and communication skills, with strong business acumenStrong communication skills in both written and spoken EnglishSelf-motivated, aggressive and hardworkingBusiness travel is requiredSalary range (CAD 80,000 - 120,000 per annual plus bonus)TradeBeyond OffersYou will work in a flat and open team environment where your experience and expertise are valued.
