With a significant market presence in over 160 countries, we protect some of the world’s highest security environments and agricultural businesses.We are expanding our footprint in Europe, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to support the success of our award-winning eShepherd™ virtual fencing solution.Based in Wageningen, you’ll work closely with livestock producers across the continent to help them adopt and thrive with our cutting-edge technology.The OpportunityThis is a dynamic, customer-facing role based in our Wageningen office, where you’ll act as an Account Manager for our customers.You’ll onboard new users, deliver training, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. Your interactions with customers will primarily take place via phone, email, and virtual meetings, allowing you to support farmers across Europe - all from the office.You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion and helping customers evolve their operations through strategic use of eShepherd™.What You’ll Be DoingOnboard and train new customers across Europe, ensuring a smooth start with eShepherd™Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimise virtual fencing systemsBuild trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to livestock producersManage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upsellingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights and drive product improvementsOccasionally travel to farms and events across Europe to support customers in personWhat You’ll BringFluency in English and at least two other European languages (e.g. Dutch, German, French, Spanish)Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationshipsA background in agriculture, business, or technology (degree preferred)Experience in customer success, account management, or sales - ideally in AgTech or a startup environmentA proactive mindset and genuine desire to help farmers succeedA valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally across EuropeThe Perks of the HerdBe part of a once-in-a-generation transformation in sustainable agricultureWork with a supportive, innovative, and passionate teamAccess global career development opportunities within #TeamGallagherEnjoy flexible working arrangements and a supportive European base in Wageningen
