Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined team player who is tactful, warm, and solution oriented. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to assigned accounts and maintaining regular, meaningful engagement throughout the sales cycle. Primary Responsibilities:Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and sales opportunities via phone and email, providing clear explanations of products and services, key benefits, and professional, timely support.Monitor deadlines, risks, and changes, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (customers, senior leadership, colleagues, etc.) to ensure successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.Accurately document customer interactions, orders, quotes, returns, and feedback in the CRM/ERP system to maintain transparency, organization, and accountability.Manage leads, identify upselling opportunities, and grow accounts throughout the sales cycle through proactive outbound communication, maintaining consistent engagement and follow-up to drive enrollments and renewals.Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, while contributing valuable insights to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.Requirements:Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in PanamaMinimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced-Level English language skillsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for helping othersOver one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.BenefitsAt Insignia, we value our team members and strive to create a supportive work environment.
