As we scale rapidly, we are looking for Customer Success Representatives for our Swedish and Norwegian markets! From supporting loan applications to helping with invoices, you’ll handle a wide range of tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeBe the go-to contact for customers via phone, chat, and email - delivering fast, friendly, and effective support.Ensure smooth operations behind the scenes by handling documentation, verifying data, and supporting every step of the customer journey through timely follow-ups.Collaborate with Underwriting, Collections, and other teams to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Help shape how we work by suggesting improvements and scalable solutions that drive growth.This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the full lending journey from the inside out, giving you a strong foundation to grow into more specialized roles over time.QualificationsWe are looking for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of fintech operations and build a career in financial services.You must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Swedish.Background in customer service or administrative work, ideally with phone and email communication. You take full responsibility for accurate administrative execution and demonstrating a keen eye for detail.You are motivated to improve processes and expand your responsibilities, while consistently delivering outstanding service and driving customer satisfaction.What will make you stand out?A basic understanding of accounting and financial statements, or experience in a regulated environment, is an advantage, helping you assess customer needs and make informed decisions with confidence.Fluency in Norwegian, which will help you communicate effectively with our Norwegian customers.Experience in a fintech or high-growth environment is a big plus!Why join us?This is a unique opportunity to join a growing fintech company that is redefining financial services for small businesses in Northern Europe.
