We help brands like Vita Coco, Slate Milk, Slice Soda, and more connect with consumers through in-store demos, street activations, and large-scale experiences that drive measurable impact.Now, we’re expanding our footprint in Mexico. This is a chance to be part of something huge: helping build a new team, culture, and operation from the ground up, all while partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world.The Role: Customer Succeess/Account Management)We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious Account Manager to oversee our inbound business. Managing client programs, coordinating activations, and ensuring our high standards are delivered flawlessly.You’ll serve as a trusted partner to U.S. clients, working closely with our global team to execute campaigns across retail, events, and experiential channels.This is not a typical "Account Management job" it’s an opportunity to lead, grow, and make an immediate impact as part of our Mexico team.What You’ll DoManage and nurture relationships with U.S. clients running inbound activationsCoordinate event logistics, staffing, and timelines across multiple campaignsReview photos, reports, and recaps before client deliveryPartner with our creative, sales, reporting, and operations teams to ensure seamless executionTrack budgets, deliverables, and results using our internal systems (HubSpot, Google Workspace, PUSH Control)Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accountsSupport and help shape the culture of our growing Mexico teamWhat We’re Looking ForFluent English speaker – confident, polished, and client-facing2+ years in account management, client success, or marketing coordinationExperience with event staffing, experiential marketing, or brand activations is a plusExceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveTech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot is a bonus)Positive energy and a team-first mindset.
