You’ll be the primary link between Carbon, our clients, and our contractors, ensuring everyone feels supported, aligned, and confident. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and guide both clients and contractors toward long-term success with Carbon. If you’re organized, empathetic, and energized by human connection, this role will put all your strengths to work.What You’ll DoLead the Relationship: Manage the full customer journey, onboarding, engagement, and renewal, ensuring clients and contractors get continuous value from Carbon.Understand & Deliver: Learn each customer’s goals and create clear success plans that tie business outcomes to measurable progress.Monitor Health & Retention: Track satisfaction, identify risks early, and step in with proactive solutions to maintain strong partnerships.Be the Point of Contact: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contractors, providing timely, clear, and thoughtful communication across email, chat, and video.Collaborate Internally: Work with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure customer feedback drives improvement across the company.Represent the Voice of the Customer: Advocate for client and contractor needs in decision-making and process design.Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot areas where clients can benefit from expanded engagement with Carbon’s services.Streamline the Experience: Maintain accurate CRM records, refine workflows, and continuously look for ways to make interactions smoother and more effective.Who You AreExperienced Relationship Builder: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role where trust, clarity, and long-term results were key.Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and connect with people across cultures and contexts.Forward-Thinking Problem Solver: Spots potential issues early, takes ownership, and turns challenges into opportunities for stronger relationships and better outcomes.Highly Organized: Manages competing priorities with structure and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks — even in fast-moving environments.Comfortable with New Tools: Skilled in using CRM and communication tools to manage relationships efficiently, with a natural curiosity for learning new systems.Empathetic Partner: Driven by genuine care for people’s success, equally invested in clients, contractors, and teammates thriving together.What’s in It for You?A culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and genuine customer care.Competitive pay & benefits.Room to grow in a fast-moving company where your work has real impact.Fully remote, work from anywhere.
