You’ll run our support experience day to day, including chatbot training and knowledge base content. You will get to work closely with our platform clients across different industries and regions.What you’ll doOnboard and support customers through customer lifecycle by delivering trainings, standard support/assessment servicesOperate our support channel according to SLAs and update/maintain Clevry Knowledge Base and chatbot content libraryRun review and renewal calls with SME customersDrive adoption and measurable outcomes, monitor health, usage and intervene early to de‑risk churnIdentify upsell/referral signals and hand qualified opportunities to SalesCapture testimonials and share product feedback internallyWhat you’ll bring1–3 years in B2B customer-facing roles (Success/Support/Implementation)Assessment and psychology exposureFull working proficiency in English (Finnish and Swedish are considered as advantage)Client-centric communication and problem-solvingProcess discipline, empathy and a bias to actionComfort with commercial talk, analytics and dashboardsBasic Excel and CRM skillsWith Clevry you to get to be part of a fast-growing company with global ambitions, and work with a unique mix of SaaS, psychometrics, consultancy, and RPO services.
