Their platform helps hoteliers simplify operations, improve guest satisfaction, and grow their business.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team full-time. In this role, you will ensure that every client gets the most out of the platform, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and building long-term relationships.
