Their platform helps hoteliers simplify operations, improve guest satisfaction, and grow their business.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team full-time. In this role, you will ensure that every client gets the most out of the platform, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and building long-term relationships. This is a 100% remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new clients through a smooth 4-week onboarding process, ensuring they are confident and fully set up on the platform.Serve as the first point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues quickly and effectively.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them reach their goals.Participate in on-site client visits and assist with training design and delivery when needed.Requirements1+ year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations).Familiarity with PMS, channel management, and revenue systems.Strong communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Why JoinOpportunities for career growth and development.Access to top remote work tools and resources.Work within a diverse, multilingual team passionate about helping hoteliers succeed.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
