You’ll proactively guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, fostering long-term partnerships and driving retention. This role combines technical acumen, relationship-building, and strategic insight to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard & Educate: Lead seamless implementation for new clients, providing tailored training and resources.Drive Adoption: Monitor usage patterns, identify optimization opportunities, and promote feature adoption.Retain & Grow: Conduct health checks, address risks, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities (upsells/cross-sells).Advocate for Customers: Relay product feedback to Product/Engineering teams to shape future development.Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).Develop Resources: Create guides, FAQs, and best practices to empower customers.Qualifications1–3 years in customer success, account management, or technical support (SaaS/B2B preferred).Fluent English (written/spoken).Ability to learn data/analytics platforms quickly; basic SQL/API knowledge is advantageous.Proven ability to manage enterprise clients independently.Strategic problem-solving and empathy.Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Knowledge of data analytics, visualization, or BI tools.Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin).
