Job Title: Customer Support AgentJob Type: Full-timeWork mode: on-siteJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to convert potential leads into enrolled students by providing professional communication, consistent follow-up, and persuasive sales interactions through phone and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will understand students’ needs, recommend suitable programs, and ensure a smooth enrollment process while achieving monthly targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Contact new leads received from the marketing team and introduce available courses. Explain course details, benefits, and value in a clear and persuasive manner. Manage sales conversations (calls or messages) and close successful deals. Record all client details and outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet. Consistently follow up with leads to encourage course registration. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign messagingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.1–2 years of experience in sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence and professionalism during calls or chats. Strong persuasion and sales closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets. Preference for candidates with a sports background or interest
