We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code.We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.Skills & RequirementsHave excellent English communication skills.IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc).Ability to learn company-specific software if required.Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.Proficient typing and transcription.Accuracy and attention to detail.Basic Research and Data collection skills.Fast learner.Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable.Having CS background experience is preferable.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.Identify issues.Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries.Provide excellent service standards.Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.Maintains the database by entering new and updated data regularly.Maintains data entry requirements by following procedures.⚠️ Note: This position requires fluency in English, as it will be the primary language used for daily communication.If you’re confident (or eager to grow) in using English at work, this position could be a great fit.Disclaimer: By submitting your application, you consent to PT Software Services Indonesia collecting and processing your personal information solely for recruitment purposes.
