Then we are the right company for you!YOUR TASKS Ensuring the availability of staff, both quantitatively and qualitatively;Managing, coaching and supporting the supervisor in managing his team;Maintaining contacts with customers about bottlenecks and actions to be taken to solve them;Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, such as customer, operations, Account Management, carriers and others;Identifying opportunities for expanding the services offered to existing customers;Work on improvements of processes for- and with your teams.YOUR PROFILE A completed Bachelor Degree, preferably in Logistics, Technical or Business Administration;Approximately 5 years experience, preferable in the logistics, medical or production industry, leading off and participating in projects;You are skilled in order management monitoring (inbound, outbound, transport);Ability and willingness to search out for and implement/realize own business improvements;Knowledge of products and services of the client (Supply Chain Management);Knowledge of the Service levels agreed with the client.WE OFFER Between €3.284 – €6.083,-, we top it off with 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships;Performance bonus;25 paid vacation days, possibility to extend these to 28 vacation days;Option to purchase additional vacation days;Versatile working environment with creative freedom, flat hierarchies and an open corporate culture;Opportunity to accompany the development of one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe from the very beginning and to quickly take on responsibility;Very good development opportunities at a growing logistics location.
