Key Responsibilities Communicate with authors via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements. Identify opportunities to upsell publishing, marketing, and promotional services. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
