If you're intelligent, motivated to excel, and passionate about helping others, Inbox Health Guatemala could be the perfect fit for you!As a Patient Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting patients who contact us via phone or digital channels with questions about their healthcare bills, in both English and Spanish. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of driven individuals within the Patient Billing Support department.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing accurate and professional responses to incoming phone calls or support ticketsMaintaining organization and promptly addressing all patient inquiriesCollaborating closely with billing customers to ensure patient profiles are updated accuratelyIdentifying customer question trends for potential automation opportunitiesThinking about product capabilities and customer needs to contribute to product developmentEngaging with the product/engineering team to explore new approaches and workflowsRequirements:Our Ideal Candidate will:Enjoy interacting with people and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Have 2-3 years of experience in customer supportExperience in providing empathic support to customersPossess knowledge of US health insuranceBe prepared to assist team members during periods of high call volumeDemonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn about the product, industry, competitors, medical terminology, etc.Bring forward new and creative ideasBe fluent in English (both verbal and written)Bachelor’s Degree preferred Interested in this role?
