About Elavate:Elavate is the UK’s fastest-growing collagen supplement brand, helping women over 40 achieve healthier skin, stronger joints, and thicker hair through premium-quality products.Position Overview:We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can confidently manage email, chat, and phone support for our expanding customer base. You’ll handle a variety of customer inquiries; from product and order questions to subscription management, while ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and quality of our brand.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathyAssist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and refundsManage subscriptions (pause, skip, modify, cancel)Provide accurate product information and educate customers about our Multi-Collagen SuperblendLog and resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate when neededMaintain accurate records and follow standard procedures in our customer service systemRequired Qualifications:Excellent written and spoken English communication skillsMinimum 2 years of customer service experience (email/chat/phone)Shopify experience is a MUSTPhone support experience is a MUSTFamiliarity with Richpanel, Zendesk, or Gorgias (preferred)Experience with subscription platforms such as Loop or RechargeBackground in health, wellness, or supplement industries (preferred)Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindsetCompensation: $550 to $650/month (Full-time, Remote) Perks: Monthly performance bonuses for agents who meet or exceed targetsPlease include a link to your CV or résumé when applying.
