The Customer Support Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate effectively with clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting technical or service-related issues while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Troubleshooting and resolving customer concernsAttention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality supportAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM tools or customer service platforms is a plusProficiency in English (other languages are an advantage)
