We specialize in SEO, Google Business Profile Optimization, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services for clients across the United States.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth operations during U.S. business hours.Key Responsibilities:Professionally handle incoming client calls, emails, and chats.Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients to resolve issues and provide accurate information.Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Design, Development, and Marketing) to ensure timely delivery of client requests.Manage updates, follow-ups, and status reports for ongoing projects.Handle escalations and provide proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.Participate in weekly performance and quality meetings.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch-related role (preferably in a U.S. client-facing environment).Fluent in English (spoken and written) — must be highly proficient in understanding and responding to native-level English communication.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Time).What We Offer:Competitive base salary with commissions and performance bonuses.Opportunity to work with a professional and growing U.S.-based agency.Supportive and collaborative remote work culture.Potential for long-term career growth and advancement.
