We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.What You Will Do ✍️Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasksTroubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolutionCollaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolutionUse internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processesOffer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product developmentMaintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channelsRequirementsWho you are 👀Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industriesExperience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plusStrong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areasFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageousExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environmentsAble to work US hours (2 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday)SQL or data-handling skills are a plusBenefitsWhat we offer 🎁At Uncapped, our people make us successful.
