This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.What You'll Be DoingDeliver outstanding customer service to guests and partners across multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat).Manage customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Take ownership of customer concerns—whether it's operational issues, refund requests, or general inquiries.Meet and exceed performance goals while contributing to team success.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Stay in close communication with Team Leaders regarding operations and challenges.Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest level of integrity.Key RequirementsFluent in both written and spoken English (C1 level) with excellent comprehension.Must have an experience in Travel IndustryStrong customer service skills—attentiveness, patience, empathy, and a commitment to going the extra mile.1–3 years of experience in a contact center handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats.Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stakes situations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (logic score above 90).A bachelor’s degree is required.Willing to work 100% on-site (WFO) and in a shifting schedule.Experience in the hospitality or travel industry.Previous experience handling overseas customers.Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.Be Part of ATI Journey:Our aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.
