Salary Range: 80,000–110,000 per month (depending on experience)Location: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle more complex customer cases, lead client communication, and ensure smooth service delivery. This role requires stronger analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, and the confidence to guide customers through advanced troubleshooting, onboarding, or escalations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of presenting solutions effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary escalation point for complex customer inquiriesManage customer onboarding, training sessions, or product walk-throughs when requiredAnalyze recurring customer issues and collaborate with product/technical teams for resolutionDevelop strong customer relationships to enhance trust and retentionCreate or improve support documentation, help guides, and knowledge base materialsTrack performance metrics and contribute to support process improvement initiativesQualifications:Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and polished)Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Salesforce)2+ years of customer support or client-facing experience required
