Our client, a leader in biotechnology & life sciences, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Concord, ON!**This is a 1-year T4 contract**As the Customer Support Specialist, you will support the Customer Care Center by managing daily customer interactions, phone activity, and order-related tasks. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service-level success.Responsibilities:Serve as the front-line contact for customer inquiries and phone calls.Provide concierge-style customer service and help resolve issues quickly.Process parts orders, quotations, vendor forms, and other customer requests.Route incoming correspondence to the appropriate departments.Coordinate information and communications with field service teams.Support daily order transfers and general workflow within the Customer Care Center.Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Logistics, Distribution, IT, Business Analysts, and Sales.Desired Skills:Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.1–2 years of customer service experience.Prior experience in a high-volume call center.Ability to read and interpret business documents (contracts, quotes, POs, manuals).Experience with Salesforce, Oracle 11i, and Microsoft Office Suite.Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
