Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist-English Project at Sutherland, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks involving customer support and technical support. They will interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address queries, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance where needed. The role involves utilizing analytical skills to understand and solve customer problems efficiently.
