And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp Customer Value Manager who will architect and scale the revenue engine of our existing customer base.Your mission will be to maximise CLTV, increase ARPU, reduce churn, and build a structured, data-driven lifecycle system that directly impacts company revenue. You will own post-purchase value creation end-to-end and operate as a strategic revenue partner to the CRO.This role requires someone who understands subscription economics, pricing logic, experimentation, and forecasting — and can both design the strategy and execute it hands-on.What you will doOwn and improve CLTV, ARPU, retention, and engagement metricsTake ownership of lifecycle channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, subscriptions, outbound)Build and continuously optimize a unified omni-channel customer journeyDesign and scale onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and win-back systemsIdentify and execute pricing, loyalty, and cancellation flow optimizationsRun structured A/B testing and cohort analysis with statistical rigorBuild business cases and forecast lifecycle-driven revenue growthAlign Marketing, Product, App, and Finance around retention strategyWhat We Expect5+ years in lifecycle, retention, subscription, or customer value rolesProven track record improving CLTV, ARPU, or retention in a measurable wayAdvanced data literacy — segmentation, churn prediction, uplift modeling, forecastingDeep understanding of subscription economics and pricing mechanicsExperience managing complex multi-channel lifecycle programsAbility to translate raw data into executive-ready commercial narrativesStrong ownership mindset and comfort in high-accountability environmentsPlayer-coach mentality — strategic thinker who is not afraid to execute hands-onNice to HaveExperience in e-commerce, subscription, or health-techExperience building or leading retention / monetization teamsStrong marketing automation and BI backgroundWhat Success Looks LikeClear and measurable improvement in CLTV and ARPUReduced churn through structured experimentationA documented, scalable lifecycle systemRevenue growth driven by existing customers, not just acquisitionWhat we offerHybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if based elsewhereFull ownership of a core revenue function with measurable business impactHigh autonomy to design and build scalable lifecycle systemsOpportunity to grow into a team lead role overseeing Engagement and MonetizationAccess to cross-functional support from Marketing, Product, Data, App, and FinanceA ambitious environment where performance and ownership matterLocation: Vilnius / Hybrid / RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: €6,000 – €8,000 gross/month (based on experience) + bonuses
