Apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsCollect and analyze customs and logistics data (e.g., clearance times, duty spend, broker performance).Build reports and dashboards that give visibility on customs KPIs and trends.Spot gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve processes.Trade Compliance SupportMaintain product classification databases (HS codes, duty rates, VAT rates).Review trade documentation for accuracy and compliance.Stay on top of regulatory changes and assess business impact.Contribute to audits, post-entry reviews, and investigations.Collaboration & Problem-SolvingWork with brokers, freight forwarders, and operations teams to resolve clearance issues.Provide analytical support for product launches, new lanes, or regulatory projects.Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and external trade partners.Your BackgroundYou’ll Thrive In This Role If You Bring4–6 years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, or trade compliance (internships/entry-level roles count too).A degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, visualization) and comfort with large datasets.Strong attention to detail and a knack for turning data into clear insights.A proactive, organized mindset—able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and team spirit.Fluent English (C-level).Nice To Have (but Not Required)Familiarity with HS classification, customs clearance, or ERP/trade systems (SAP GTS, NetSuite, Oracle GTM, etc.).Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Knowledge of customs valuation, incoterms, or global trade practices.Sounds exciting but you're not sure if you tick all the boxes?We are always happy to read your application and hear your story.
