Customs Clearance

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle import & export customs clearance procedures using VNACCS/ECUS.Prepare required documents and work with local Customs Offices when needed.Maintain and manage customs and shipping documentation in an organized manner.Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding logistics and document requirements.Support foreign staff in interpretation, procedural explanation, and updates on import–export regulations.Attend external meetings with partners/authorities when assigned.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance.Proficiency in VNACCS/ECUS is required.Solid understanding of customs procedures; experience with chemicals, raw materials, cosmetics, or food products is an advantage.English: Able to communicate daily and read/write shipment documents.Japanese (JLPT N3+) is a plus (not mandatory).College/University degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields.Careful, responsible, proactive in learning; willing to work overtime when necessary.BenefitsTet Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month of basic salary.Annual Salary Review: Once a year based on performance (approx. 5–10% increase).Full Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance according to local regulations.Overtime allowance provided in accordance with company policy.Professional working environment with the opportunity to learn directly from experts.
