CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SPECIALISTJob ObjectivesPerforming day-to-day operation of Customs Operation as per KPI Job DutiesPerforming Custom Clearance day-to-day activities in accordance with defined KPI, including preparation of required documents.Maintain contact / correspondence with consignee for incomplete / missing documentsResponsible for cargo clearance statusCoordinating with product operations regarding delivery of goodsInform the customs clearance progress/status, special requirements to consignee if anyInform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences within his/her area of responsibilityMaintain good relationship with customer and vendorResponsible for managing good history of timestamp on Cargowise1Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in the relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both in writing and speakingHas adequate computer literacy and proficiencyHas all technical competencies and skills required for the positionClean criminal record and adherence to ethical standardsNote - Kindly share your updated resume in English
