In this role, you will own import customs clearance and product certification processes across key Middle Eastern markets, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing efficiency and cost.ResponsibilitiesImplement customs regulations and product certification requirements for KSA and UAEManage customs accounts and certification platforms (SABER, FASAH, ESMA)Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and government authoritiesDrive improvements in clearance accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiencyMaintain compliance documentation and support digital workflow developmentCollaborate with logistics, procurement, and compliance teamsRequirementsSaudi national with 5+ years in customs compliance for B2B/industrial goodsExpertise in KSA/UAE import regulations and HS classificationHands-on experience with customs systems and certification platformsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environmentsFluent English communication skillsPreferred QualificationsE-commerce or digital supply chain experienceKnowledge of MENA regional import regulationsFamiliarity with ERP/logistics systemsKey Performance IndicatorsClearance Accuracy RateAverage Clearance Lead TimeCertification Turnaround TimeCost Reduction & Exception Rate
