ECI Customs SupportKōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleAs a Customs ECI Support, you'll be part of the engine room that ensures NZ Post's international e-commerce shipments clear Customs and MPI smoothly and on time. You'll handle documentation, support inspections, and liaise daily with agencies and internal teams to keep goods flowing efficiently and compliantly. This role is 40 hours per week, working Friday to Tuesday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment where every shipment counts.You'll do this byPreparing and submitting Customs and MPI entries accurately and on timeLiaising daily with MPI and NZ Customs to ensure smooth clearance of shipmentsResponding to customer and internal queries, resolving issues quickly and professionallySupporting inspection coordination and documentation readinessMonitoring and managing shared inboxes to maintain timely responses and clear communicationHelping drive compliance and continuous improvement across all customs activitiesMōu - About YouYou're organised, attentive to detail, and calm under pressure. You enjoy solving problems and are comfortable working with data, documents, and people alike.
