Job Description

Cuyana is seeking for a Digital Content Manager, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing content across our e-commerce site while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience. This role will oversee content launches, analyze site performance data, and proactively drive improvements that enhance user experience and conversion rates. The Digital Content Manager will also help manage business requirements for new features and continuously refine content processes for greater efficiency. This role will report into the Director of TechnologyBenefits:

RESPONSIBILITIESGather assets, copy, and product information to prepare and launch new products and collectionsUpdate homepage, navigation menus, and promotional elements to ensure efficient and accurate executionCoordinate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality contentAct as liaison among marketing, design, and technical teams, clarifying requirements and timelinesLeverage Shopify, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools to track user behavior, conversion rates, and site performanceProduce dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholdersPartner with technical teams to enhance analytics tools for deeper site observabilityIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in content workflows and implement process improvementsConduct ongoing market research to track e-commerce trends and competitor initiativesParticipate in user acceptance testing to ensure new features meet business expectationsREQUIREMENTS2-3+ years relevant ecommerce site content management and project management experience.

Shopify experience a plusAble to manage requirements for multiple projects with constant attention to detail -- work prioritization, planning and task delegationA team player who thrives in small, start-up and fast paced environments; is a self-starter with the ability to act autonomouslyFlexible, adaptable and ready to take on new projects outside of day-to-day scope, pending business needsEmbodies Cuyana's Fewer, Better ethosEffective oral, presentation, and written communication skillsAdept with project management methodologies and toolsAble to utilize Google Sheets effectively for managing content and automationsBasic working knowledge of HTML, CSS and UX design principles to build site content pages preferredAnalytical and data-driven.

Compensation within the range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
