Job Description

CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Training Analyst. The Training Analyst will manage and oversee training programs established by the department, including the new hire onboarding program. The Training Analyst will develop and design training courses and overall curricula that fit into the larger department training strategy, using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise360, among others. This individual will act as a liaison between department-specific trainers within the revenue cycle teams, ensuring consistent training quality and alignment with organizational goals.

The Training Analyst will work to identify training gaps, facilitate curriculum updates, and ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. As part of this team, you will work in a fast paced and team focused environment. We will support you by offering all the tools and resources you need to be successful in a collaborative team environment. Located in the Monroeville facility, this opportunity also provides free parking. Key Responsibilities of the Training Analyst: Manage and maintain department training programs, including new hire onboarding.

Host monthly check-ins and upskill meetings with department-specific trainers. Coordinate feedback surveys to assess training program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address training gaps. Update and maintain training curricula to ensure relevance and accuracy. Proactively recommend and implement changes to training programs as needed. Track and analyze training data to identify trends and measure program success. Step in to facilitate leadership and trainer development courses as required. Develop appropriate documentation for work processes, such as job aids, work instructions, quick reference guides, and simulations.

Create and send colleague-level and leader-level communications as needed for system enhancements and other changes that impact new hire curricula and resources. Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Support cross-departmental projects by providing training expertise and ensuring smooth integration of new processes or tools. Required Qualifications: 2+ years proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training facilitation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement improvements. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data to inform decisions.

Experience with Articulate 360 suite or similar instructional design tools. Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Experience using Microsoft Office products’ specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must be able to commute to the Monroeville, PA office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare or revenue cycle environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Previous supervisory or leadership experience helpful. Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40. Time Type: Full time.
