Do you see yourself within these values?Founded in 2006 under the mission "To Challenge Complexity", Closer Consulting is a Data Science and Technology company specialized in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.By developing projects in the most diverse industries – Banking, Telecommunications, Health, Retail, Energy, Insurance or Aviation – we analyze data and manage complexity, transforming it into knowledge for our clients, enabling them to make the best decisions for their organizations.We are now looking for a Cyber Governance & Security Officer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.Are you the one?Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, GDPR) and internal policies.Oversee the implementation of cyber governance standards, controls, and reporting processes.Support the definition, deployment, and monitoring of cybersecurity & IT risk SLAs.Animate and coordinate the Territory CISOs network and act as SPOC between local and regional teams.Contribute to the development and deployment of Cyber/IT Risk dashboards, based on KRIs and KPIs.Manage and report on cyber risk posture, perform risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and challenge mitigation plans.Lead or contribute to cybersecurity committees, ensuring effective communication and reporting to top management.Support ISO 27001 certification initiatives and regulatory compliance programs such as NIS2.Analyse and evaluate security risks related to network, architecture, and SWIFT systems, proposing corrective actions.Raise awareness and foster a culture of security and compliance across business and IT teams.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or IT compliance (banking/financial sector preferred).Strong understanding of cyber frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, NIST, DORA).Experience with risk management methodologies (ISO 27005) and compliance controls.Solid technical background in IT architecture, networks, and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, SWIFT, Kafka, MQ…).Experience conducting cyber controls, audits, and reporting.Knowledge of IT continuity, resilience, and security awareness programs.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel macros, PowerPoint, Word).LanguagesEnglish: Fluent (mandatory)French: AppreciatedWe believe we are the ones too, by:Providing a Multidisciplinary Team.Giving a home office kit, with everything you need to perform remotely.Ensuring a career plan alongside professional growth.Providing you with a custom training plan.Helping you reach happiness.Oh… and by the way, we also have:Several challenging and complex projects.Stimulating teams and leaders.World-class Clients and Partners.If you believe in this match as much as we do, send us your CV and reach the closest side of life.Closer is a company that values diversity and inclusion.
