This position will be based in our Singapore office.Pillar OverviewThe DFO Security Pillar is responsible for securing and enabling the principals and family office by understanding risk, setting requirements, and implementing controls. The Security Pillar is a key partner to the business at all levels.Position SummaryThe DFO Cybersecurity team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our security operations team. The Level 1 analyst will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day cybersecurity operations, focusing on triaging and escalating alerts, tracking security tickets, managing third-party due diligence tasks, and maintaining key security metrics. The Cybersecurity Analyst will work closely with our regional offices, while being expected to stay current with relevant PDPA regulations. This position is a hybrid role, with the hire expected to be onsite 3-5 days a week based upon the needs of the organization.Position Location: SingaporeRole ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cybersecurity, physical security, IT, and business teams to implement and support effective security protocols and monitoring systemsMonitor and triage cybersecurity alerts across endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructureInvestigate potential threats and vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and maintain clear documentation and reporting of findingsSupport the enforcement of PDPA compliance and contribute to data protection strategies and awareness campaignsAssist in refining physical security protocols such as surveillance, access control, and incident trackingParticipate in routine audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews to identify areas for security enhancementStay current with security trends, new vulnerabilities, and emerging technologiesHelp maintain and tune security tools to improve detection capabilities and operational resilience.Additional duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Professional QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineAt least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operationsUnderstanding of Singapore's PDPA regulations, information security, and data privacy best practicesExposure to security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM), endpoint protection, and basic incident response workflowsFamiliarity with physical security technologies such as access control systems and surveillance toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetThe ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, attributes, and values:Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH)Exposure to scripting languages like Python or PowerShellBasic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPPrior experience working with cross-functional teams, including risk and physical securityDemonstrated interest in expanding knowledge across cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standardKnows what they don’t know, and what to do about itCollaborative, and proactive team-oriented mentality while still maintaining ownership and accountability over their responsibilities.Compensation And BenefitsCompensation for the role includes a competitive salary dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and CPF.Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
