Senior Cyber Security Consultant – Industrial OT / IT Join a global Biopharma player on a strategic cybersecurity program covering two production sites in EU.As Senior Cyber Security Consultant, you will work as an independent expert, supporting corporate and site security teams to strengthen the protection of OT, IT, and BMS systems in accordance with global governance and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument and align local cyber security protocols with global corporate standardsProvide technical guidance for OT/IT control implementation and risk mitigationCreate and maintain incident response procedures and vulnerability remediation plansDevelop local cybersecurity policies to ensure regulatory complianceConduct risk assessments and define mitigation actionsDesign awareness and training materials for site employeesPrepare compliance reports and documentation for internal/external auditsAlign with vendors to ensure adherence to global cybersecurity requirementsReport findings and insights to senior stakeholdersExperience8+ years in Cybersecurity, ideally in industrial / OT environmentsOT Security, ICS/SCADA, Network Segmentation, Incident Response, GRCISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF, GxPFluent English (German a plus)CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead ImplementerStructured, autonomous, strong communicator, consulting mindset
