Cyber Strategy & Risk Consultant

What will you work on:Analyze enterprise security programs and infrastructure across sectors.Assess IT and security processes, risks, controls and compliance against standards; identify gaps and recommend improvements.Work with senior management to design cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and sustainable solutions (processes, tools, people models).Act as the link between executives and technical teams, driving change in data protection, security operations, privacy and continuity.Explain business risks of technical vulnerabilities and present clear findings.Help clients develop cybersecurity procedures and align with best practices.Review and improve incident response capabilities, facilitate exercises and guide remediation plans.#Advisory #Technology #DigitalRiskManagement #Cyber #CyberStrategy #DigitalRiskWhat do you need:Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or information risk managementKnowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF/800-53, CIS or Cybersecurity Maturity ModelExperience writing policies, procedures and controlsOpen, honest and eager to learn from successes and failuresEntrepreneurial mindset, comfortable managing projects end-to-endFluent in English and Dutch or FrenchCertifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, GIAC, GSEC) are a plus; ISO lead auditor preferredStrong communication, facilitation, leadership, and presentation skillsYou are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaborationWhat can you expect: As a certified Top Employer we offer:A reward package that goes beyond salary.
