Our work spans a wide range of case types, including data breach,securities, antitrust, consumer protection, auto insurance, and mass tort matters. Wepartner with law firms, regulators, and fund administrators to ensure court- andagreement-compliant distribution of settlement funds to eligible claimants. Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Project Analyst to join our caseoperations team.

This role supports the execution of large-scale settlement distributionsby assisting Project Managers and Senior Managers with the operational delivery ofeach case. Analysts are responsible for coordinating internal workflows, engaging withclaimants, reviewing documentation, and supporting quality control efforts to ensuredistributions are timely, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor assigned caseloads during the active distribution phase of settlement administrationCoordinate cross-functional efforts with internal departments and external vendors to meet key project milestonesRespond to escalated inquiries from claimants, identify trends, and ensure resolutions are handled professionally and efficientlyReview project documentation, reports, and business rules to ensure they accurately reflect case terms and distribution logicSupport payment file preparation, data validation, and reconciliation processesCollaborate with leadership on process improvements, risk identification, and resolution strategiesEnsure all actions and communications align with settlement agreements and applicable protocolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredAt least 2 years of experience in client service, operations, or project support within a legal, financial, or service-driven organizationFamiliarity with class action matters—especially the distribution phase—is strongly preferredOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with a calm, professional demeanorHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, interpret data, and identify operational inconsistenciesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office SuiteExperience with claims administration platforms, CRM systems, or distribution tools is a plus
