Cybersecurity Analyst - with infrastructure skills in servers, networking and help deskSalary up to $125,000 depending on skills and experienceFully onsite - local candidates only pleaseWe are a global industrial manufacturer looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Information Technology team. You will be onsite in our headquarters location, protecting our systems and data from cyber threats. This role will also work with all of our divisions to ensure that they are compliant with all security policies and guidelines. In this role you will be proactive with the divisions to be sure they are safe, conducting internet perimeter scans, pen tests, reviewing hardware updates and working with vendors. The goal of this role is not only to keep headquarters safe but to also identity which sites are risky, need IT auditing or additional help from headquarters IT.You must have a background in infrastructure, servers, routers, networks, help desk along with your Cybersecurity experience to be fully effective in this role.Responsibilities Assist the VP of IT in executing an integrated, value-adding cybersecurity program through IT General Controls and Cybersecurity Controls. Analyze and monitor information security risks across all divisions/sites and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure all divisions and operations comply with cybersecurity policies and standards set by headquarters. Schedule and conduct detailed reviews of cybersecurity systems and infrastructure to verify security and compliance. Research system and network structures; conduct penetration and vulnerability tests to identify breaches or weaknesses. Identify and document security flaws, breaches, and areas of high-level security. Review and rate the security network; suggest and implement security upgrades. Compile and present penetration test reports to stakeholders. Conduct follow-up penetration tests after new security features are implemented. Research and implement requirements for applicable cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CMMC, NIST, TISAX). Manage the cybersecurity findings log and ensure timely remediation. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect organizational data, systems, and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity and network-related issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with management and stakeholders to develop cost-effective, efficient cybersecurity controls.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, running pen tests and analyzing security logs. 3+ years of experience mitigating IT security risks. Experience with hardware, software, networks, data centers, firewalls is required Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect trends, determine root causes and drive solutions. Familiar with information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices. Advanced knowledge of IT Infrastructure, networking systems and security software.
