Cybersecurity Engineer

Who We AreNTT DATA Romania is looking for passionate Engineers for designing and improving security solutions and to offer architecture consultancy within various projects and activities.You must have the drive to integrate high-quality software components, hardware components, security, database, systems, and business continuity planning that will run in a complex technical environment. The deliverables will be tailored based on customers and user needs, test cases and test processes have to be defined and implemented. You will be a member of the Cybersecurity Competence Center, where your skills and contributions to security systems delivery will be very visible. The team is international so you will use English both written and orally, German knowledge would be an advantage.What You'll Be DoingWork with Linux, Public and Private Clouds (Azure, GCP), scripting, Elastic stack, KeyCloak, SOAR, Ansible, Docker, Grafana and othersWork primarily with systems and solutions designs in relation to various aspects of information security technologies, processes, and requirementsResearch, plan and design robust security architectures for various IT infrastructures based on internationally recognized standards and best security practicesInnovative service design and development, driven by business strategy and goalsEngineering innovative systems which meet goals, requirements, SLA’s, and other quality attributesDesign systems for operational efficiency, automation, and ease of operation considering optimal cost and metering of service consumptionAssistance of technical experts within operational teamsWork closely with Project Managers and project members for delivering security into projectsContribute to security programs for the NTTDATA clients and businessesOn Call and On Duty responsibilities What You'll Bring AlongMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics areas, with an overall minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceProven track record of building, securing, and automating enterprise-scale infrastructure and systemsIn-depth knowledge of processes, research, and performance analysis capabilitiesAnsible + AWX (strong requirement)IAM knowledge is a big plus (Organizations, Realms, Roles, etc.). Any IAM tools would do, KeyCloak would be highly appreciated.Docker containers (Kubernetes is a plus)Linux (pro-efficient)Elastic components are a plus: Filebeat, LogstashAzure: EventHubNetwork & VPN, build and debuggingGrafana & Prometheus are a plusExperience with parsers it’s a plusIn-depth technical knowledge within information security areas is an advantage: SIEM tools and solutions, Incident Response tools and solutions, Vulnerability Management tools and procedures, SOAR and EDR solutions, Security Threat Intelligence servicesCISSP, CEH, SANS, or similar certifications represent a big plusHighly effective written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience dealing effectively with people having different backgroundFluency in Business English is required, German is an advantageCustomer-oriented behaviorFast learner - research capabilities for obtaining required information
