🇬🇧 Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist | Brussels 🇧🇪Are you ready to take your cybersecurity expertise to the next level?We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist to join the cybersecurity operations team of a European public institution based in Brussels.In this role, you’ll help strengthen the organisation’s security posture through proactive vulnerability assessments, advanced attack simulations, and close collaboration with the defensive SOC team.🔍 Main responsibilitiesPerform penetration testing on Windows/Linux systems, networks, web applications, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Collaborate with the SOC team on purple teaming, threat hunting, and incident response.Use tools such as Cobalt Strike, Caldera, Atomic Red Team, Metasploit, Burp Suite, among others.Prepare detailed reports and share actionable insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement, training, and knowledge sharing within the cybersecurity team.🧠 Profile requiredProven experience in penetration testing, red teaming or adversary emulation.Proficiency in Active Directory attacks and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).Strong knowledge of network protocols, encryption, and endpoint security.Relevant certifications (e.g. OSCP, GPEN, CRTO/CRTL, GXPN, CCSP) are highly desirable.Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in multicultural teams.Candidate must be eligible for EU Secret clearance.📍 Location & ConditionsBrussels (Belgium) – on-site role with limited remote flexibility (within 2h distance).Start date: February 2026Initial duration: 100 days (extendable up to 300).Contract type: Consultancy / External service provider.📄 Interested candidates should submit their CV in Europass format.If you’re passionate about offensive security and want to contribute to Europe’s digital resilience, we’d love to hear from you! ⚡
