This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in cybersecurity, learning from experts in a global environment and contributing to real-world security challenges.As an Information Security Trainee, you will learn and provide support for the following tasks:Assist with and learn about key cybersecurity processes.Help gather data for the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity governance.Support the team in tracking security findings and ensuring remediation actions are monitored.Work closely with international teams to understand and help support application security requirements.Assist with documenting governance processes and security policies.Observe and participate in regular reviews and updates of security controls and standards.Provide assistance to the Information Security Officer (ISO) in compliance monitoring, risk management, and reporting efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify security risks.Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to support your learning and development. EducationA recent graduate or finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study.LanguagesEnglish: Mandatory (fluent in written and spoken)German: Knowledge is desirable and a plusQualificationKey Skills & Qualifications:A strong, demonstrable passion for a career in cybersecurity.Basic understanding of information technology and security concepts.A strong interest in learning about information security standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.No prior professional experience required.
