Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk. Provide management support with scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and various administrative tasks. Ensure our office is a well-maintained, clean, safe, and efficient environment. Assist in hosting visitors and delegations. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Plan team events and celebrations. Qualifications: Previous experience in Workplace/Office Management. Hands-on approach and a passion for supporting others. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software. Fluency in spoken and written Estonian and English. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in events management.
