Cycle Studio Operator & Community Builder

The RoleLove cycling or triathlon? We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable around bikes as they are around people to help bring our brand-new indoor cycling studio in central Brussels to life. Think of this as a hybrid role: part coach-support, part community-builder, part marketing spark.The StudioThis isn’t a spin class. Our studio runs on real road bikes, powered by smart trainers and guided by a live online coach who delivers structured sessions in real time. Your role? Keep the wheels turning smoothly - helping riders set up, dialling in the tech, and making sure the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. Programs adapt to each rider’s power, cadence, and goals, making this the perfect place for cyclists and triathletes to train year-round.What You’ll DoGet the studio ready and help riders with bike setup.Set up and check the tech (smart trainers, iPads, etc.).Be the friendly face on-site: welcome participants, answer questions, keep things running smoothly.Spread the word - online, through local bike shops, or just by being an awesome ambassador.What You BringBasic bike technical skills (saddle/handlebar tweaks, pedal/cleat setup, minor fixes). More skills, like bike mechanics are a plus!Confidence with training tech (smart trainers, iPads, software).Understanding of cycling metrics (FTP, cadence, power zones).A passion for growing communities - online and offline.Proactive, independent, and a natural communicator.Languages: English; French and/or Flemish a big plus.Already plugged into the cycling/triathlon world?
