Key Responsibilities•Market Strategy: Plan and execute business development strategies for the Japanese market to meet revenue goals. •Team Leadership: Build and manage a local sales team in Japan, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance reviews. •High-Level Client Engagement: Maintain deep relationships with C-level executives in Japan, fostering long-term partnerships. •Market & Competitive Analysis:
Study market trends and competitive landscapes, proposing differentiated strategies tailored to Japan. •Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Coordinate with Taiwan headquarters and other departments to ensure local alignment with worldwide objectives. •Partner Management: Develop win-win relationships with local distributors and system integrators to expand business coverage. •Requirements•Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 18 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT; proven track record in Japan is preferred. •Strong strategic planning and business management abilities, capable of independently scaling the Japan business. •Deep understanding of Japanese market culture and business practices; fluency in Japanese and solid English skills.
