Job Title: HR and Admin ExecutiveLocation: SingaporeWe are partnering with a well-established, multinational conglomerate in the Energy sector, who is seeking a dynamic HR and Admin Executive. The RoleThis is a dual-function position offering comprehensive administrative and HR support. The HR and Admin Executive will report to the Administrative Manager and be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations while assisting with human resources tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about employee engagement, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including welcome kits, induction coordination, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, update HRIS, and handle HR documentation and reports. Handle incoming calls, guest reception, mail distribution, and meeting room bookings. Oversee office operations including cleanliness, pantry supplies, and facility upkeep. Liaise with building management, cleaners, and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for services and contract negotiations. Monitor contract timelines including insurance and other renewals. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in office administration and HR functions preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Meticulous, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively. Customer service mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.
