Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering. Masters degree is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in the design and development of centrifugal/screw chillers used HVAC units for industrial, commercial, datacenter applications. Hands on experience in NPD, product upgrades of chillersStrong knowledge in usage of ASME codes and standards necessary for chillers designLead, coordinate and collaborate with different project stakeholders and cross functional teams or customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Japanese language skill is highly desirableGood team player with experience in working with global teams
